Interpretation
In this User Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:
“Affiliates” means persons, companies, or organizations, who have commercial or business connections with Tickets.com Singapore;
“Agreement” means this agreement between Tickets.com Singapore and yourself;
“Content” means all information and material included on our Site, including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, news articles, photographs, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software;
“Member” means any registered User of our Site;
“Our Site” means www.tdc.sg;
“Products” means any goods, merchandise, and/or any other commodities made available for purchase on our Site;
“Services” means any services provided by our Site;
“User” means any person who accesses or logs on to our Site;
“We”, “us” or “our” represents Tickets.com Singapore, its subsidiary companies, licensees and assignees.
Please read this Agreement carefully before you commence accessing our Site.
When you access our site, you agree to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, which may be modified at our absolute discretion at any time with or without prior notice. If you do not agree to all or any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please discontinue your access to our Site. You agree to be fully responsible to acquaint yourself with any changes, additions or deletions made to this Agreement.
By using our Site, purchasing any Products from us or our Affiliates and/or use any of the Services offered through this Site, you agree that the access and the provision of such Products and/or Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.Tickets.com Singapore is owned and operated by Quebec Leisure International Pte Ltd., Singapore.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of our Products and Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict your access to all or any part of our services without notice or liability.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our Site or the information, content, materials or the merchantability or fitness for a particular product, service or merchandise, its purpose or non-infringement included on our Site, whether it is provided by us and/or our Affiliates. You expressly agree to use our site at your sole risk.
Tickets.com Singapore does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of information and materials presented on our Site, and will not be liable for damages resulting from any errors or omissions in such information and materials.
We do not warrant that our Site, its servers, or e-mail sent from us or our Site are free of viruses or other harmful components.
